How to open file with Restrict Access

Hi All,

I have one scenario.
We are working for two business but using the same production Server.We have setup a branch for one business.There is one workflow which opens html file and read its content, residing in the configured branch.When we give restrict access to this branch then it fails to open the file,it is working fine if we do not check Restrict Access.But in that case other business can see the configured branch which we do not want.
Is there any other way to accomplish the task?

Please let me know if problem is not clear.

What TS version / OS are you working on? Try changing the task owner to higher role (like admin/root).
