Define Event for index manager

The documentation says that

When a user submits a set of files through TeamSite, the index manager recognizes that a submission has occurred and instructs the indexing to occur on that set of files.

Just to clarify - does this mean a submission to TeamSite staging?

Semantics I know - but I have heard many folks describe deploying files as submission. I always reserve the word submission for describing the interaction with TeamSite staging.

So - to restate the question: Is submission to TeamSite staging the only event that the index manager listener recognizes as an index initiating event?

In this case, submit to Staging. Yes people call moving to another branch/server a submit process (as well as just the initiation of a workflow) but the EVENT submit is to Staging

That being said, there was/is an enhancement that allowed the index to fire on a change event. This allows you to search on content in a Workarea rather than just submitted. Check the docs, I have not worked with it. I am also not certain if it was 6.7.1 or 6.7.2
