Enterprise Trustee expired

Anyone know how to unlock the internal Admin user for Worksite MP 4? I need to reclaim some data from an old library but when I brought it back online it has an enterprise trustee expired error in the logs. This is also seen at the library manager app as a request to enter a password for user Admin when expanding a library tree.

The config manager says the admin user isn't locked for any of the libraries.
