Un-capitalized page loses components

Has anyone ever had this problem? If I have a Sitepublisher page called Blah.page, and I go to blah.page, I don't get a 404, but I don't get the entire page either. The template is missing, but all the components that are not part of the template show up.

It is a very odd error that I haven't been able to track down, so any help is appreciated.

What rev of TS/LS/SP ? What OS ?

There is no chance there are 2 copies (blah.page and Blah.page) ? TS is case sensitive.

I made a Blah.page and put one template as well as one component.
I tried to access the page with the name blah.page, in my case both the pages(Blah.page as well as blah.page) is coming fine with the template and the component.
Have you tried to check the logs?Check logs as per time stamp.
Might be that there is something in logs.
