getModificationDate() returns in client timezone!

I'm using the FormAPI function getModificationDate() in my DCT to retrieve the modified date of the (already saved) DCR. I was expecting to receive the Teamsite system date, however, it seems that this function converts the date into the client's timezone!

I do not want the client timezone, I want the Teamsite timezone. Does anyone know how to get this?
