XalanTranform - Error

Hi,

We have requirement to generate the XSLT based templates using command line and also in our XSLT templates we calling java method using xalan-java extension.To generate html/jsp we are using Teamsite provided CLT XalanTransform but the problem is this CLT not able to recongnise java classes included in XSLT.Anybody experienced the similar problem is ther way to include classpath for this Xalantransform CLT.Please let me know.
