[font=Arial]We are facing an issue in fresh install of TeamSite. When I execute following script, I'm getting an error.

[font=Arial]Error is: TeamSite Wrapper Error: Installation problem: %s needs to be run as root.

[font=Arial]However, If I do not use iw_cgi_wrapper, I'm able to hit the cgi:

Chances are, you somehow lost setuid bit on the wrapper.
Take a look at [post=155016]this[/post] thread, it may perhaps help

Thanks a lot!! This was the issue indeed. Are there any other files in iw-bin that can get impacted because of this? Does owner and group of the file matter or it has to be root?

Are there Files impacted because of what?

Upon correct installation the Wrapper should have had setuid Flag. You did not explain what caused it to disappear.
If we know that we may perhaps **** the impact. Without this knowledge it's anybody's guess
