primary key constraint issue

Hi All,
I am using an open deploy script to deploy metadata into the database. The deployment is successful but when i run the script once again without changing any metadata then it gives the error " Primary key constraint violated". Reason being : duplicate row. I check the documents also. i tried using enforce-ri orreal update attribute but it did not help.
Has anyone come across such error? please help!!

Please clarify the below points.
1. Are you trying the two different DCR metadata deployment
2. Whether two different DCR contains the same metadata.
3. Share the dd config and table schema
4. Share the log files.

Please share your DD config and schema details.
Another way,you can go for delete_insert option(everytime DD will delete before it insert). This would be faster as well since databse takes less time to insert than to update.
