Is it possible to define rule that adds a component to the page (static HTML, or include JSP or RSS feed) when a specific segment customer is found ?

For instance, in a page there are 2 components available for everyone. If a client of specific segment ("Young people" for instance) is matched, a new component will be displayed (RSS feed for instance, for making simple, and with URL generated for the age of this client for making my example complicated in order Smiley Wink

Are you talking about actual # of components on a given page changing based on some rule? That's not possible for many obvious reasons.

However, you can have a component or two where the content changes based on some business rule. Also in a given component you show a targeted RSS feed and a poll or one or the other based on the rule if you'd like.

So We have to place at design time the component event if is empty at runtime, except when the rule is correct so that the content of this component is displayed. Is is right ?

In the component, I have access to the rule, so that I can execute again inside the component for completing the rule with something else or running another action ?

Look in the SitePub Dev Guide, appendix on Datum Types. You're looking for the one called "Rule". Also available as inline help in the component edit window in TeamSite.
