dcr form not available on file New form entry

I have a certain dcr form that is not showing up when I or anyone does a file new form entry.

My role is teamsite master.

The dcr is in the templating.cfg file and always has been and has not been changed.

Im not sure how to fix this. Thanks.

What is the problem manifestation? What actually happens when you click "new Form Entry"?
Do you have existing DCRs of this type? Can you open them for Editing?

If i were you, I would check if other DCTs are working properly with are of same type and kind of the one which is not working.

Submit the whole datatype to stage before you do anything, then try renaming the DCR to a different one and make the corresponding change in the templating.cfg. Now try if it works?

If this doesn't work.

Copy the Datatype which is same kind as this one and rename it to the name of the failed DCT and then give it a shot.

By the way what does the logfiles say?

When you click file/new/form entry you get a page with templates to choose from except one that normally was there is no longer there.

And templating.cfg should not have changed and looks fine when I look at the xml entry for the form in question. So im not sure what happened.

The option radio button for this particular form is just gone.

If I remove the allowed tags for the role that is shown below from the dcr entry in templating.cfg however it shows up. Weird. Im a member of that TS_Finance group and im admin/teamsite master so it should have allowed to see that radio button regardless.

Please note that TS Groups and TS Roles are two different Concepts.

So - do you have "TS_Finace" Role for this particular Branch?
Does anybody? Does such Role even exist? If you've mixed up Roles and Groups
and limited Type access for non-existing Role, nobody will have access to this Type
