Custom Fixed Layout configurations

I have created a Fixed layout for pages, after that while creating the page how should i map the different fixed layout config to the Custom Page Type defined.

Right now when i select the custom page type, it is showing only the freestyle as Layout Type.

Can anyone clarify how the pagetype and layout type are mapped or related, so that i can use my fixed layout for the custom defined pageTypes.

Post your pagetype-config.xml... It sounds like you're missing a valid definition for the allowed-layouts. Also note that defining custom fixed layouts was broken in TS71 so don't even bother unless you're on TS72.

Yep, there's your problem. "div-layout" is a freestyle div-based layout, which is why that's your only option in the dropdown. You want to be using this:

For reference (you should not need to redefine this yourself unless you want to make changes in TS72+), that layout definition looks like this internally:

Fixed
com/interwoven/xsl/runtime/fixed-layout.page.xsl

Can you help me regarding the fixed layout page xsl file. I made the changes what you mentioned and run the build. After finishing the build it shows Internal server error . The Error message is

Internal Server Error
