Form is Self Closing

chietala

I resolved the problem with being to use an external action with type="external" but the markup that is being generated out is a self enclosed form. My markup in the component is
Search site

Search Terms
This is what is printed out.
It generates a self enclosed form tag.

Thanks for type="external". Couldn't get my head around to make it work.

It generates a self enclosed form tag.

What version are you on? We had to get a patch from support to fix that on TS7.1/LS7.1. It's been fixed in 7.2 onwards.
