TinyMCE and Sitepublisher

I recently installed Sitepublisher as a standalone module on an existing TS 6.7.2 server with P1.

I now have two versions of TinyMCE.

One located in d:\interwoven\teamsite\httpd\iw\tinyMCE this is used by DCRs. This is version 3.1.2

One located in

\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\webapps\content_center\livesite\javascript\tiny_mce this is version 2.0.6.1. This version is used by the Sitepublisher components.

Can anyone explain to me why I have an older version of TinyMCE for sitepublisher and how I can use the existing DCR version.

Yes there are two version in 6.7.2. After version 7.x we consolidated to version 3.x of tinymce however the configuration for sitepub and teamsite dcrs is yet to be consolidated - refer to your release notes and developer guides for more information on this.

You cannot use the existing version for DCR's with sitepub because of configuration differences and some custom mods which are in that tinymce code base which are not compatible with Sitepub code.

Thanks for your response. Yes I understand that the configuration for Sitepublsiher Tinymce is not integrated with DCRs use of Tinymce.

However, on this server I now have a new instance of TinyMCE.

It is located in:

\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\webapps\content_center\livesite\javascript\tiny_mce - This was installed during the Sitepublisher installation. And this version of tinymce is version 2.0.6.1

I also have Tinymce in the usual location

\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\iw\tinymce\jscripts\tiny_mce this is version 3.1.2.

Now on my development server where we have 6.7.2 and Sitepublisher the sitepublisher components have there own configuration, but use the tinymce version in

\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\iw\tinymce\jscripts\tiny_mce this is version 3.1.2.

My question is, how is it possible with two separate installations of Sitepublisher that on ONE machine Sitepublisher is now using Tinymce in a different location and an older version??

These two server have identical TS levels and patches!

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
