unable to generate reports

Hi,

I have configured reports by updating iw.cfg, publishing .rpt files in crystal server, as mentioned in reportcentre guide. An error is occuring(as shown in attachment) when i click on these reports.And also attached the eventsubd_err.log and tsreport.log. Even Eventsubsystem is running when i clicked on reports. As per logs,i think it is an connectivity issue with Eventsystem/databases. some thougts on this would be helpful.
