Approval task not appearing in CCSTD after user submit contents

Hi,

When a particular user is updating a page in TeamSite and then submits the page to the workflow, she does not get the approval task and can't publish the page (in CCSTD). If she changes the approver to another person this person DO get the approval task. Earlier this user was able to get the tasks. We have cheked in CCPRO and the task is appearing in the workflow tab.

Below are our system details:
TS: 6.5 SP2

Please help.

You can check user list in wft file or other configuration file.

The user is in the user list. Also, she is facing the problem only recently.
