Store Freeze

Hi,

Recently our store was frozen,i checked and found that license was expired so we got the new license(I have verified using tsisvalid that license is correct) and reset the server ,but even now if i type the command "iwfreeze --" to unfreeze the server it still says the "licesne is invalid",any idea where am i going wrong?

Looking forward for some guidance from experts.

Are you sure you put the new license file in the proper location?
Have you run an iwreset?
Have you rebooted the server?

How did you run tsisvalid? What options did you use after tsisvalid?

Run iwreset -a.

Then see what iwtrace.log says.

hi,

thanks for ur guidance,the frozen issue is solved,i tried "iwreset -a" and after that i tried "iwfreeze --" and store was unfrozen ,now i am able to edit the files and upload new files

but I am still unable to access Y: drive ,do we need to restart the server for that?
