WFM: Instantiation errors/logs

I updated an existing, working model, adding a new series of tasks and changing some task variables to global variables. The model saved and published successfully.

Now I'm getting the following error when trying to start the workflow:

Could not find the configuration file associated with the workflow:

Fish referenced a iwjoberrors.log file in another post, but I do not see that log in our implementation. Are there any other logs that might be useful in trying to debug models?

You might check the iwui/servletd_out.log (pre-7.2 - not sure what log one looks at for 7.2) - or any log file in IWHOME/local/logs and IWHOME/local/logs/iwui that gets updated when you attempt to run the workflow.

For 7.2+, majority of the items from servletd logs go into content_center.log and / or core.log (located under JBoss-home/.../logs).

What was the appropriate message? Or to put it more succinctly - what was the problem / fix?

It was a simple JavaScript error in one of my script variables. Once I corrected it, the WF instantiated fine.
