Interwoven Web Daemon and Servlet Engine Problem due to DCR load time.

Hi All,
I have a DCR, not large file size just 30KB File, but has near about 10 nested containers. It takes lot of time to get fully loaded and fill it.

Many times user opens this DCR, make chnages to it and Save.
But sometime(once in 2 week), it takes lot of time in loading the DCR, and opened as blank.
When I enable all the debugging in IE, I got the bellow error,

"The Interwoven Web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven Servlet Engine. The Interwoven Servlet Engine may be down, or running on an unexpected host or port.
Please contact your system administrator".

When this error start comming server needs to be get restarted, so that we can again start opening the DCR.
When such error comes, I can open other's DCR do any operation, only these large size navigation DCR has problem in getting opened, and my Servlet engine and Web Daemon services are running at that time.

But only after restart of teamsite, navigation files are getting opened.

Is that because of more number of containers in the file? so by the time servelet engine load the DCR, the webDaemon service does not respond, because of the timeout, and teamsite send these error to the user ?

Anyone faced same problem ? I am attaching the DCT code.
Is there any setting we can increase these timeout or any other thing is causing the problem ?

TS: 6.7.2
OS :Windows 2003.

I don't see anything intrinsically wrong with your DCT
(no WYSIWYG textareas, only one inline and not nested)

What's the CPU and RAM specs for your server?
What else (enterprise application-wise) is running on your server?

1) We have 2 CPU with following spec -
2CPU Processor - x86 Familty 6 Model 15 Stepping 8 GenuineIntel 2.33 GHz

RAM - 3GB RAM.

2) Other than Teamsite, no major application are running on the system.

I read the teamsite installation planning guide. System configuration needed to install only teamsite server, is 2 CPU with 4GB RAM.

Is RAM may be a problem ?

RAM could certainly be an issue - generally the more the better. You are apparently below-spec right now, so it is quite likely that if you got a hold of Support the first thing they'd suggest is up the RAM - and only after you'd done that and been able to reproduce the problem would they be likely to spend more time with you investigating the issue.

Frankly, I think I'd kind of agree with their approach in this case. I'd try getting 6GB on there, but "settle" for 4.

I checked up the js, working properly..no js error.

I think I need to check with increase of RAM....and will post regarding that...
