OD updated files deployement failure

Hi ,
I have setup for workflow in TS 6.7.1 in which the OD of files to prod servers is configured from pre prod server.
Issue is updated files are not getting deployed to prod server with newer version(updates are not getting reflected) and newer files are getting deployed successfully. I have checked logs deployment is successful.

Please advice is there any parameter which needs to be set for OD.

What kind of deployment it is? File list based deployment or directory comparison etc? also can you paste the log messages here?

You need to find the logs - especially with respect to the deployments that do not seem to be working.

Quick questions:

Since this is transactional - either all the receivers should be updated or none of them should - as any one of the legs of the deployment failing should cause all other legs to roll-back. Is this not what you are experiencing?
