Getting error when using inline

Hi,
I'm trying to frame some items using inline using simple datasource in datacapture.cfg. While I'm clicking on new form entry its throwing me below error.
Root cause:
com.interwoven.ui.datacapture.external.InvalidDCTException: Invalid Element: option cannot appear at this level.

can anyone tell me why is this error coming and how to resolve it.
