How to grant access on a particular folder for a user group

Hi everyone,

I would like to grant access to a group of users on a particular folder where they can only create (using File/New Form Entry menu), edit, delete DCRs but they will have no other access to any folder other than this folder and its subfolders. How can I establish that?

They need to have at least READ [Windows] or Read & Execute [Unix] access to the parent folder(s) in order to get to the folder in question.

You also want to make sure that the access on the folder is set before the first time it is submitted (either manually, or via a properly configured submit.cfg file) - if you've already submitted the folder you will have to delete / rename it and then re-create it to make sure it gets the correct access rights the first time it is submitted (directories are not versioned in TeamSite, only files)

Note - in order to be able to do New Form Entry - the users need to have at least read access to the datacapture.cfg, data/ and possibly presentation/ folder (and its contents)
