I am not able to initiate workflow as a normal user with editor,author,reviewer role.

With Admin role only I can initiate workflow.
else it is giving me foloowing error.

How did you define your workflow configuration? Based on your other posts, I have to ask - have you read any of the manuals?

Hi mart2001,

Yes regular user have workflowuser role but it didn't work out without admin role. Is there any file in cssdk where we need to mention roles for authenticate cssdk.
Please provide your inputs.

Yes I gone through the workflow-modler.pdf and admin guide also.
6.7.SP2

My workflows are working as expected with group email functionalty
but only with administrator role.
Without Administrator role its not allowing me to initiate workflow, when I clicked on new job it is showing all the workflows which are assigned to that branch and role, and after selecting the workflow and filling comments when I clicked on next button
its givingg error --> ssdk.access.CSAuthorizationException

Pleaser provide your inputs.

How are the users/groups being assigned to the grouptask?
Is it possible that the process being used is somehow protected and only available to the admin?
Is it possible different users/groups are assigned to the grouptask depending on the role of the initiator?
Have you looked at ALL the log files that get updated when you get the error? Perhaps one of the log files contains more (and useful) information?

I didn't use group task. I have used review task. and set the group from reviewer option. and those groups are my global variable which were set at the workflow level.

Try enabling debug mode for the WFM, and see if you can get as far as the "yellow & green" screen when attempting to initiate the workflow as someone who isn't an administrator.

If so - look carefully at the "green" portion to see what the generated job specification file looks like with special attention to the review task (which I believe is a combination of externaltask (email) and grouptask (review) - and see if you can spot anything that looks out-of-place / incorrect.

If not - then the problem appears to be happening during instantiation - perhaps there's a problem in your instantiation form? Is it customized or the default?
