Hi Folks,This is a silly, little thing that I have not bothered posting about before. But, I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this.My setup: Teamsite 6.7.1 running on Solaris 10. No LDAP or DB for user access control.Basically, our process for setting up new users is to:1. Get our IT guys to create a Solaris OS user, especially populating the 'comment' field in the /etc/passwd file.2. We then use the CCPRO interface to search for that new user based upon the username. When selected, the users 'full name' is automatically populated from the comments field in /etc/passwd.3. We then manually add the email address using the CCPRO interface. Here's the problem: on occasion IT have put in a wrong 'full name' in the comment field. We ask IT to fix, which they do promptly. However, when we try to re-add that user with the correct name, the old 'full name' is displayed. It appears that it is being 'cached' somewhere. The only thing I can do is to wait for some indeterminate time (hours to days) and then the new name appears. Doing an 'iwreset' or logging in/out of Teamsite makes no difference.Does anybody know what is going on behind the scenes here? It's just annoying.Thanks.
