Import option not enabled for non-admin users

Non-admin users in teamsite are unable to see the 'import' option although the user has author, reviewer, editor, WorkflowUser and WorkflowAdmin roles.

we have checked the 'Import' option under the 'New and Imported Content'
through the Administration tab for author, reviewer, editor, WorkflowUser and WorkflowAdmin roles.

Only the users having Administrator role are able to see the 'import' option.

Please let me know how this can be done.

Did you just check the option or was it already set that way? If you make any changes , you need to run iwreset for it to take affect.

Hi namithapai,

we have already checked that "import" option and have also restarted the teamsite server. But still it is not enabled.
