Is it possible to call a template .tpl in the .page or from component inside the .page, for a specific loaded DCR ?

Not easily. You will have to execute an external that executes the .tpl, there are no examples of this and this is "discouraged" in Livesite as we would prefer externals use java for stability, security, portability and performance reasons over shelling out to execute .tpl and then scrubbing the system out.

In fact, we are using TS for a while and we still have lot of DCR & .tpl (Perl based) to generate pages (static and .jsp).

We would like to load these files (static & .jsp) into some Livesite components. How is it possible ?

As you are moving towards Live Site, it is advisable and suggested to go the Java way and re-write the logic.

Is it possible to dynamically include JSP file within component or associated external class ?

Not really, JSP engine is isolated from livesite during rendering of components. Can you rewrite the code as java externals, JSP and ipl are not recommended for component rendering due to performance and safety concerns.
