using "perldoc" command on server

I am getting following error when I run perldoc on server, where TeamSIte71 is installed

"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>perldoc TeamSite:T::iw_load_dcr
'perldoc' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

Is not the path for Perl executable set on server ? Why am I getting such an error ? I used to run perldoc command before on server and I never gor such an error and output was fine at that time. What shall I do to solve this error ?

You obviously do not have IWHOME/iw-perl/bin on the System PATH environment - nothing adds it automatically, you have to do it yourself. If I recall correctly (not on Windows right now) you have to right-click on My Computer, choose Properties, choose Advanced, choose Environment, and then edit the PATH environment (which of course, thanks to the genius of UI developers at Microsoft, you can only see a small fraction of). If there happens to be an IWHOME environment set (don't recall if this is done automatically or whether I've done it myself in the past) you can just add:

;%IWHOME%\iw-perl\bin

to the end of the PATH environment - otherwise you need to put the explicit path for IWHOME in there.
Once that's done and you've click "OK" (or "DONE", whatever) to all the various dialogs, you need to bring up a new Command Prompt window in order for the change to take effect.
