Can't set the title of the aspx generated from the .page

Dear all,

Now I have a index.page file and I set the title using the "Page Setting" to "My Homepage". After that, I generate the aspx file through the "site publisher". However, the generated aspx file with the page title empty, i.e. the title could not be shown.

Do anybody face the same problem before and how could it be solved?

Be it aspx or jsp or html, on generating the output from a .page is not carrying over any SEO tags along with. We have also faced the same problem as we are not using LS for display purpose.

We have injected our tags at run time using application logic.

The generated page should have the tokens for title (and other SEO) metadata. If you have $PAGE_SCOPE[title] in the title area it should be substituted correctly during rendering (same for the keywords, etc; see the div-layout XSL for the example of use).

The glitch is that page needs to be rendered through Live Site only. Smiley Happy

I may have misunderstood, the page is not rendered with LiveSite? (The exact name of the file that livesite uses to render pages as example is WEB-INF/classes/com/interwoven/xsl/runtime/*.page.xsl especially div-layout.page.xsl )

Not sure of Vincent application, however as per my application is concerned, we are not using live site.
