Ajax Exception on Runtime

I have created a custom Component which is used to make an Ajax Call to External Java class.

Internally it is using AjaxServlet ( com.interwoven.livesite.runtime.servlet.AjaxServlet) .

Whole implementation is working fine on Component and Page Preview.

When I am deploying the Page to Runtime and trying to access that page I am getting below error. But when I am doing the TeamSite page preview everything is working fine.

Any help is much appreciated.

Just to double check, have you transferred over all of your configs/JARs over to Runtime -- especially the JAR file that holds your custom Java External class?

I have transferred the Jar File that holds the custom Java External Class to Runtime.
Along with that livesite_runtime.jar and all the dependent Jar Files are also there in the Runtime.
App Server which we are using is WebSphere.

What does the full stack trace look like OR is the NPE is all you are getting?

Full stack will help, unfortunately in Java chained exceptions contain the important information at the bottom of the stack trace.

That looks like the component ID is zero. Can you please post the AJAX link generated that you click on (or call) (it is the one ending in .ajax).

What version of LiveSite are you on?

When I do the view source I found that $AJAX_URL is getting replaced with : '/dotcom/A_test/testAjax/1288811440551.ajax.
This is were it is making the AjaxRequest to.

I am using Livesite Version : 3.0.2.0.68986
