URL to Specific Folder in Worksite Web

Using WorksiteWeb Version 8.5 (8.5.202.8). Is there a way to construct a URL that will take the user directly to a specific folder? I have the moniker for the folder. I am able to successfully provide a link to the workspace, but I need to drill down and provide a separate link to a folder inside a tab inside the workspace. Again, I have located the folder using the COM API and retrieved the moniker. However, using that moniker in the same manner as I used it to construct the workspace URL doesn't work. Is this possible?
