LDAP Groups Disappear

Hi,

We have a seprate Box for CMS(TS 6.7.1 Sp1 Patch 5) and iPlanet LDAP. On the CMS box we have LDAP client and the LDAP box we have the iplanet LDAP.

We have 3796 LDAP groups. We have 672 user's.

When ever we add a user to group or add a new user then we face the below issue

When we execute the below command on Teamsite box, we just get the OS groups. LDAP groups don't appear.When we search from Teamsite GUOI also, we dont see the groups.

/app/iw-home/bin/iwgroup list-groups -o

We can see all users, but we can not see the LDAP groups.

ldaplist group was showing all the groups. But /app/iw-home/bin/iwgroup list-groups -o was not showing the LDAP groups.


We had to restart the LDAP Client and nscd on the CMS server to solve the issue.
