ipm instance files not getting deleted

Hi we have an issue in that the ModelInstance files are being left at the end of completed and closed workflowa resulting in 100k+ files in the the iwadmin/.../modelinstance folder. We have "delete_jobs_on_completion=true" set in iw.cfg however it doesnt seem to work. a knock on from this appears to be that the ts_events db is increasing by GB every few days.

Ideas on a postcard please.

Even we are facing same issue.

Even files are deleted from the workarea and staging they are still appearing.
