Auto generate Tag Cloud

Hi,

ENV: Windows 2003 / TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1.

I am looking forward to auto generate tag clouds based on the content of textarea in the same DCR. Is it possible to collect the keywords/tags and make it available to edit in another text field on the same DCR?

Does TeamSite provides any feature for tagging like in Drupal or WordPress plugins?

Do you have Metatagger?
I have done similar implementation where i used MT to generate the keywords, saved the keywords as XML in a file and used one of those free tagcloud widgets available online.
you could also save the keywords in the DCR where you can edit them before using them. the challenge here is how to generate the keywords, the rest is easy and available online.

I can't remember which one i used but just google "sample tag cloud widget" and you should get plenty of free samples.

How do i store the values in the same DCR that i can Data Deploy it to a DB?

In order to save them to a DCR: you have to first modify your DCT and add MT keywords field (usually textarea item), then use callServer() to populate the field (see formpublisher developer guide) or just write the data directly to the xml file (DCR).
