Callserver Return Error

Hi everyone,
I am encountering this strange problem. I have a callserver to an ipl file that executes icacls command. My problem is , it doesnt return control to the DCT js file. if i change the command, it returns the control. i dont know what is going on.. but the icacls command is getting executed successfully.

Please help me out here..
