DeskSite not recognising e-mail attachments

Hi All,

Probably a simple answer to this one, so here goes:

When i import or drag/drop and email with attachments the "Attachments" column in Desksite does not indicate the email's attachments. Also, the HasAttachments property on the ImanDocument object is false.

Any ideas please?
