How to remove formatting when pasting into TinyMCE

Currently when pasting text from Word or another type file format using the "Paste" icon, user needs to "Remove formatting" in order to make the page compliant.

And:

If user key Ctrl+V, that will do an automatic clean-up of the code same as "Paste as plain text".

Please let me know...
