Finding modified date and owner for last one year

I am using teamsite 6.7.1.
As a part of house keeing activity, i want to find all the files in abc folder which are modifed in last one year(eg 1st April 2009 to 31st Mrach 2010) and the people who modified the record.
I am unable to do this.Should we use the unix command or we have the command in teamsite for it

iwrlog will give you the complete history of the FSE. You will need to parse that, get rid of extraneous data and produce your report.

Check the CLT manual for that command
