Strange Issue - Livesite page not displaying - Component Caching.

Hi There

I have a very strange issue. I have a Livesite page which stops loading suddenly.

So to mitigate this issue I follow the following steps

1. remove the component on this page.
2. add back the component on this page.
3. redeploy the page.

It starts working fine.

I am not sure if there is some sort of caching happening on the component level though the component has been set to "Do Not Cache".

Second reason I could think of is I am using a external component which parses XML using Xerces SAX Parser creating a Dom4J object. I am checking for all the null pointers here. Not sure if this is causing an issue. I don't have much of debug info as it is happening in Prod environment.

Any pointers here would be of great help.

Hi,
Try to change the setting to 15 minutes from Do Not Cache and then try to add this component to the page and then publish.
If You still encounter the same problem then share the runtime logs.
