New Server OD issue

Hi Experts,

We had installed a new OD 7.2 on win2k8,we arent able to login through the bootstrap user,the user through which we are trying to login is same through which the OD was installed (domainname\uname),

it gives follwing error:-

also,it shows REQUEST_DENIED ,when we try to login through UI,

any idea or guidance from experts regarding what could be the issue here?

Check your ODHOME/etc/deploy.cfg file. If I recall correctly, the Bootstrap Administrator (on Windows) needs to be specified with a double-back-slash (e.g.:

SOMEDOMAIN\\userid

)

If you change that entry - make sure you restart the OD service afterwards in order for it to take effect.
