Hi All,
some how, we have multiple record in the livesite for single ID (which should be unique) with diff DCR name , which is creating problem in search,
Is any on know how to cleanup the database?

If you are able to multiple records of same ID then it seams that your table is design is not correct. And if you want cleanup or delete redundant data then just use normal sql command (As per your brief query).

P.S: Write your query in explanatory and mention the tools version you are using.

Are you sure you meant to talk about DB not LSCS?
Your issue might be more than just deleting a project. but to just delete a project, You can use a REST API call as follows:

http://:/lscs/v1/projects/?method=DELETE

See page 66 of the lscs tech reference, it might help you understand how to clean up content services to return cleaner result.
