absolute path for dcrs

I have a tpl which I include into 5 others tpls(for 5 data-types) each to render a top navigation. This works ok. See code below...

when I regenerate the output file for data-type1 for instance, only the id for data-type1 gets populated, and the same for data-types2 to 5. I would to have every id poplated when I regenerate;I guess this - {iw_value name='dcr.data-type5.id'/} need amending. Thanks in advance.
