Delete W/f is not working

Hi

We have installed Ts 6.7.2 SP2 after installation all our workflow are working fine but one of our delete workflow is not working. It is failing at Initiater CGI

Please see the below error message

alert("Invalid workflow:\nERROR:00925: No such user\nERROR: Could not create task Associate Files\nERROR: Task owner \"\" is not a valid user.\nERROR: 00925: No such user")

Please tell me the solution I had nothing found in logs.

Have you checked for task owner,did the user exists ?
It might be possible as the error message suggests that User who is task owner is not a TS user or may be there is some issues with the credentials of that user.

Try checking the iwjoberrors.log and see if it provides any additional information

Based solely on the error message you posted above - not having encountered this myself - I would say that there is some variable being used within your WFT or WFM that either is not getting set, or there is a typo in a reference to it somewhere, such that the owner of the "Associate Files" task is being set to "" (empty-string) during the instantiation - and thus bombing out.

Without seeing the WFT / WFM code, and potentially needing to see it within the environment in which it is being run - it's difficult to provide any other suggestions.

You do understand that the delete WF is something written by someone on your team (or hired by your team). None of use have the vaguest idea what it looks like which makes it impossible to debug.

If you post your WFM (or WFT) maybe someone will try to debug it for you.
