Anyone have a copy of mk_mod_rewrite_conf.ipl?

I need a copy of the file mk_mod_rewrite_conf.ipl or to see the code of it pasted into the forums. Apprently its needed for setting up the Apache 2 preview server and is part of the steps in KB 61109.

The problem I'm having is that the file is not attached to the KB and every copy I download from the old KB system (same place support is getting it) is 0kb (empty). If anyone out there has a copy of this file and can send it too me or paste it in the reply to this thread I would really appreaciate it.
