nested containers using itemref

Hi,

i am creating a DCT using nested containers and item ref. this was the code i wrote.

when i do new form entry, i was able to create inner containers and enter values. after i save the DCR, when i open the DCR again surprisingly form shows only first container values, all other values i enter were gone.

can any one tell me what is wrong in my code. i tried in teamsite 6.7.1 and 6.7.2. please advice

when i view source the DCR, i was able to see all the values that i have entered.
