TeamSite customizations questions !!

First question:
Normally TeamSite uses certain icons to indicate the status of the teamsite file such as when it is submitted, locked or private etc. So i would like to know if it is possible to add another icon.

We have a lot of files which are redirected and editors would like to know if the file is already redirected using some sort of an icon.

so is there a way to do that. i could set an EA indicating the file is a redirect then the icon shows up based on that EA or using any other method.

Second question is : is it possible to trigger a hover over function when the user hovers over the image field for example and show the image in a bigger size.

i would really appreciate your comments or suggestions.
