Visual Annotate Tool bar buttons not enabled

Hi There,

I have enabled the Visual Annotate for one of our custom workflow. However, when I try to review the html as an approver, the VA tool bar buttons are not enabled.

On clicking the My Content Center dropdown on the tool bar, I see 'Not Logged in', but all my sessions are valid and thats why I am able to preview for reviewing.

Anyone has any clue on this issue? If so, please pass on to me.

Please note that we are using SSO to login into Content Center.

Your signature indicates both 6.5 and 6.7.2 - on which version are you having this problem?

I ask because my current customer has a case open with Support due to all sorts of problems getting VA to install and work correctly for a 6.7.2 SP2 + P1 W2K3 system (some folks get it installed and working, some get it installed but it doesn't work, some cannot get it installed).

I am able to install the VA add-on successfully, but when I try to review, the menus are disabled and I am asked to login into TeamSite, though I have already logged in and reviewing the contents.

That similar to the problems we have - Support asked us to re-install the VA toolbar on our client machine (if your client is Windows, make sure you have local Administrator rights) -- this worked for me, but not for several other people at the same site.

I reinstalled the VA tool bar and still have the same issue that I reported. I guess you are one of those VA lucky guy Smiley Happy

I have raised a case with Autonomy, but yet to get a response.
