Do you mean "restore a previous version"?
Assuming you want to do this through the GUI - go through the branch's EDITIONS, find the file, and click on the revert option (this is from recollection as I do not have access to a running TS server right now)

I guess your query is not complete, Did you submit your deletion from Workarea to Staging? if not you can revert it from versions of that deleted file, else you can go to STAGING and do a copy to, or you can follow Adams advice and get it from Edition.
