blank dcr and teamsite not loading stylesheet

Hi,

Since we migrated from TS 6.5 Solaris to TS 6.7.2 Sp2 Linux and everything went well but we had some issue on user side,

Some user can't upload files which we found out because of latest java version is not supported with TS 6.7.2 and we advised user to use old version of java 1.6 upgrade 21 or less.

But Some user can't get the Teamsite website properly because website load without stylesheet, even in login page you see the Login button as a Login Link in Blue colour and when you go inside the website after login you see all the directory(branch and Workarea structure) in blue colour and despite this if user try to open the dcr they get blank screen
I check their browser setting even though i installed old version of java but couldn't resolve the issue, i searched on the devnet but most people who resolve this issue they don't put the solution so I am very frustrated thats why I am putting this problem again, so please let me help to resolve this issue.
