Getting SIte and WorkArea through PropertContext

Hi All,
Is it possible to get the workarea and sitename using PropertContext Object.
The Current API shows that PropertyContext object have the following method to get the SiteName and WorkArea

Method Summary
1. com.interwoven.livesite.file.FileDALIfc getFileDAL()
Gets the FileDALIfc to use for accessing the file system.
2. com.interwoven.livesite.model.EndUserSite getSite()
Gets the site.

Also following is the way I am trying to Fetch the SiteName and WorkArea but both are returning the null.

public static String getWorkarea(PropertyContext context) {
String site=context.getSite()
String workarea = context.getFileDAL().getWebRoot(context.getSite());
}

NOTE: We are currently we are using LIVESITE: 3.1
