Template Preview error - Could not open manifest

Env : TS 6.7.2 SP2, Win 2003.

We are getting the following error when the users are previewing :

<ERROR>
Could not open manifest: Y:\default\main\abcd\internet\Projects\Prj1\WORKAREA\workarea\templatedata\zz_tst_C12ADdD_user1_0_manifest
</ERROR>

1. The user is part of the group.
2. The group is assigned to the workarea. Even the group is also assigned to templatedata directly.

Is there any missing permission? I could able to see all the template previews but not other users. So assuming that it would be a permission issue. All the templates preview is working for me and also in TS 6.5 SP2.

If you look at that path in the filesystem (rather than in CCPRO), does the file exist? As that user, can you manually create a file in that location via Windows Explorer?

Have you checked iwutild.log and iwutild_cmdout.log to see if there are any errors there that might enlighten you?

What happens if you run the corresponding iwpt_compile.ipl command as that user?

try upping the preview_limit in iw.cfg.

If that file gets submitted (via iwsubmit) then deleted you have problems.

In the file system, it didn't create any file for that user(or other users). But there is a file on my name because I don't have any issues to preview. One of mine is domain account and other one is local admin. Both accounts are able to preview. The error I mentioned in the initial posting is found in 'iwutild_cmdout.log'. No errors found in iwutild.log.

When the other user(s) is previewing it is writing many errors (servletd_out.log) :

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.

com.interwoven.cssdk.common.CSException: (Premature end of file.)

For the same template preview, I am not getting these issues - so there is something missing in the permissions.

As of now there is no limit in iw.cfg. Previously I deleted the user files from workarea and templatedata directory.

We got the solution. We copied these folders from other server, so now we added the permissions by using iwaccess add-windows-permission vpath group full. Thanks again for your suggestions and quick help.
