Error in TrustedLogin

Hi,

when i try to login into the interwoven server using trusted login, i am getting
"[NRTSession ][TrustedLogin ]This operation is currently not available (0x8004012e)" error. I was able to get the identify from the HttpContext

Code:
m_Session = Dms.Sessions.Add("serverName")
m_Session.TrustedLogin2("accessToken of the user")

can any one help on this to resolve this issue?

From the SDK:

"TrustedLogin provides pass-through login of the current Windows user into WorkSite. TrustedLogin will only work when the Trusted Logon option is enabled on the WorkSite Server. The logged-in user on the network operating system must be valid user on the database and must not be an external or virtual user."
